Application Requirements

 

In order to receive a residential building permit, the applicant must submit four (4) sets of:

In order to receive a commercial building permit, the applicant must submit two (2) sets of:

  • Grading/Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control (SESC) site plans signed and sealed by a licensed surveyor or engineer
  • Grading/SESC Permit Application
  • Pay permit fees  

 

The grading and SESC site plans will be reviewed first by the Development Services Department for grading and then for soil erosion & sedimentation control measures. 

 

 

 

Fees

 

The Grading and SESC application fee for a residential project is $300.00, this payment is due at the time of submittal.   Additional plan reviews, after Township approval, will be charged $100 per review.

The SESC application fee for a commercial project will be assessed according to the fee table on the SESC permit application after the SESC site plan approval is completed.

A one year permit extension, may be requested prior to permit expiration, for a fee of $50.00  (only one extension will be granted).  Fees are not refundable.
